Chris joined Prima in August 1998 as a graduate of College of the North Atlantic's Computer Support Specialist program.

He has advanced to become Director of Operations and IT, overseeing our service department while continuing to provide support and diagnostic expertise for systems in fields such as Information Management, Document Generation and Scanning technologies.

For the past number of years, Chris has been dedicated to the introduction and implementation of records management projects with several clients, including the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Our HP RM (formerly TRIM) implementation ran extremely smoothly and was on time and on budget. With the help of the Prima team our office streamlined its operations greatly. The knowledge transfer we received from Prima further enabled our internal team to move forward with our own initiatives and we plan to be paperless by early 2017. This saves greatly on staff time and our budget has recognized additional savings in storage, paper and ink cartridges. Prima expertly handled our project from the planning to training and implementation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Prima.
