Our HP RM (formerly TRIM) implementation ran extremely smoothly and was on time and on budget. With the help of the Prima team our office streamlined its operations greatly. The knowledge transfer we received from Prima further enabled our internal team to move forward with our own initiatives and we plan to be paperless by early 2017. This saves greatly on staff time and our budget has recognized additional savings in storage, paper and ink cartridges.
